A visual timer for ADHD time blindness
Watch time leave instead of guessing at it. The disk shrinks as the minutes go, and the clock time you finish stays on screen.

- Why does a visual timer help with time blindness?
- With time blindness, minutes feel abstract until they are gone. A disk that shrinks turns the time you have left into something you can see at a glance, without reading numbers or doing sums.
- Why does it show the time I finish?
- "25 minutes" is easy to lose track of. "Ends at 3:40" is a fixed point you can plan around, so the clock time stays on screen the whole time.
- Does it work if I leave the page?
- Yes. The timer keeps the real end time, so switching apps or reloading never loses minutes. A phone may hold back the chime while the browser is in the background; it plays the moment you come back.
- Is this a treatment for ADHD?
- No. It is a focus tool that makes time visible. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional.
