Research standards

Resistaa translates ADHD research into plain-language education and practical product design. Evidence labels describe confidence and source type; they are not medical recommendations.

Foundational

Public-health, guideline, or institutional references used to define scope and safety boundaries.

Strong

Peer-reviewed reviews, meta-analyses, longitudinal studies, or replicated findings with clear relevance.

Moderate

Peer-reviewed studies with useful findings but narrower samples, indirect relevance, or mixed evidence.

Emerging

Early peer-reviewed work, new methods, or limited studies that are promising but not settled.

Anecdotal

Lived-experience or community observations that can inform design but should not be presented as evidence of efficacy.
