Terms of Service

1. What Resistaa is

Resistaa is an action-initiation tool designed for people with ADHD or executive function challenges. It uses AI to help identify friction patterns and suggest one small action to get started. It is an informational and supportive tool only — it does not provide medical advice, clinical assessment, or diagnosis. It is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatric care, or professional coaching. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified professional.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use Resistaa. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Resistaa to: (a) submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or access the underlying AI models; (c) resell or redistribute the service without authorization; (d) create automated or scripted sessions at scale. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

4. Personal data & AI processing

We collect only what is necessary to run the service: your email, optional first name, session history, and language preference. Your data is never sold. The text you submit is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses — see our privacy policy for details. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

5. Subscription & refund policy

Personal subscriptions (monthly at CA$12/mo or annual at CA$89/yr) and Lifetime purchases (CA$150 one-time) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase only. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel a Personal subscription after the refund window:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No further payments are charged
• Your account downgrades to the Free plan automatically

Lifetime purchases remain permanently active after the refund period.

"Initial purchase" refers to the first successful payment and does not reset on renewals. To request a refund, email hello@maisongr.com. See our full refund policy for details.

6. Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize MaisonGR to charge the applicable plan fees. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel or manage billing at any time from your account settings.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 24 hours. MaisonGR reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms, with or without notice. In the case of termination by MaisonGR, any unused prepaid subscription period may be refunded at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

MaisonGR is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. Resistaa is an assistive tool — outcomes depend on your own judgment and action. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaisonGR's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
