Refund Policy
Personal subscriptions (monthly or annual) and Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase only.
After 30 days, payments become non-refundable.
"Initial purchase"refers to the first successful payment and does not reset on subscription renewals. This applies to monthly, annual, and Lifetime plans alike.

Personal Monthly — CA$12/mo
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Full refund available within 30 days of the initial purchase
- After 30 days: no refunds; access continues until the end of the paid billing period; renewal stops automatically
Personal Annual — CA$89/yr
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Full refund available within 30 days of the initial purchase
- After 30 days: no refunds; access remains until the yearly billing period ends; renewal stops automatically
Lifetime — CA$150 one-time
- One-time payment, no subscription
- Full refund available within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 days: no refunds; Lifetime access remains permanently active
What happens when you cancel
If you cancel a Personal subscription after the refund period:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
- No further payments are charged
- Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan when the billing period ends
Lifetime purchases are never cancelled — access remains permanently active.
