1. Who we are
Resistaa is operated by MaisonGR, an independent software studio. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means MaisonGR. Contact us at hello@maisongr.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run the service:
- –Email address — to create your account and send transactional emails. Required.
- –First name — shown in your profile. Optional.
- –Session content — the text you submit and the AI-generated response. Stored so you can view your history. Linked to your account.
- –Workspace content — tasks and AI breakdowns, focus sessions, brain dumps, goals and milestones, journal entries, routines, daily check-ins, weekly reviews, pattern insights, and notification preferences that you choose to save.
- –Language preference — English, French, or Arabic, stored so the interface, emails, and AI respond in your language.
- –Usage metadata — timestamps, completion state, focus duration, streaks, identified friction patterns, and plan status. Used to operate your dashboard, weekly review, and progress insights.
- –Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID; we never see or store your card details.
- –Anonymous session data — if you use Resistaa without an account, usage count and session history are stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers.
3. AI processing — important
The text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your unblocking response. This means your input is processed by Anthropic's infrastructure. We do not permanently store your data with Anthropic — it is used only for the immediate request.
Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing: anthropic.com/privacy. We recommend not submitting highly sensitive personal information through Resistaa.
4. Third-party processors
We use the following services to run Resistaa:
- –Supabase — database, authentication, and edge functions. Your account, session history, and saved workspace content are stored here.
- –Anthropic — AI processing of your submitted text. See section 3.
- –Stripe — payment processing for Personal plan subscriptions. We share only your email and a user identifier with Stripe.
- –Resend — transactional emails. We share your email address with Resend to send these messages.
- –Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Plausible — aggregate product usage analytics. These are only loaded if you accept the cookie banner — see section 8.
5. How we use your data
- –To provide the service — generate responses, show your history, track usage
- –To send transactional emails — re-engagement after inactivity. You can opt out at any time
- –To process payments — subscription management via Stripe
- –We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond the processors listed above
6. Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (Settings → Danger zone), your profile, unblocks, saved workspace content, and history are permanently deleted within 24 hours. Anonymous localStorage data is cleared when you clear your browser storage.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU) and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:
- –Access — your full history is visible in the History panel
- –Delete — use Settings → Data controls to delete all conversations, or Settings → Danger zone to delete your full account
- –Correct — update your name in Settings → Profile
- –Opt out of emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us
- –Data portability — contact us at hello@maisongr.com to request an export
8. Cookies and local storage
Resistaa uses browser local storage (not cookies) to store your anonymous session data, saved permissions, and usage count. This is stored only on your device. Authentication session cookies are set by Supabase's auth system and are required for login to function — these are not optional. We also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Plausible for product analytics, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for resistaa.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product changes. Significant changes will be communicated by email. The latest version is always at www.resistaa.com/privacy.
