Refund requests
Email us at hello@maisongr.com with your account email and the reason. We process all refund requests within 3 business days. See our refund policy for eligibility.
Billing & subscription issues
If you're having trouble with payments or your plan, email us and we'll sort it out. Logged-in users can also manage billing directly from Settings → Plan.
Bug reports & feature ideas
Same address. We take bugs seriously and read every feature idea, even if we can't respond to all of them.
A note on response times
We're a small independent studio. We don't run 24/7 support — but we read every message and take them seriously. If your issue is urgent (billing, account access), say so in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.
