About
We built this for someone we love.
Someone close to us has ADHD.
Watching them freeze at a task — not from lack of wanting, not from laziness, but because their brain simply couldn't find the on-ramp — is hard to put into words. From the outside, it looks like procrastination. From the inside, it's paralysis. The task is right there. The intention is real. And nothing starts.
They tried every app. Every system. Every framework the internet recommends for "being more productive." Some helped for a day or two. None of them could answer the question that actually mattered in those frozen moments: what kind of stuck am I right now? And none of them offered something small enough to do immediately.
Resistaa started as a question: what if, instead of trying to optimize ADHD, we just tried to translate it? What if the right move wasn't a new system — it was just a name for the freeze, and one exit?
"I don't need another to-do list. I need someone to tell me why I can't start this one thing, and what to do about it right now."
We're not a clinical tool. We're not a replacement for therapy, medication, or coaching. We're a first step: identify the pattern, reduce the friction, take one action. That's it. The goal is never the app — it's the thing you actually do after.
What we believe
ADHD brains are not broken. They run a different operating system.
Shame doesn't help. Tiny, concrete actions do.
Nobody needs more complexity when they're already overwhelmed.
The right question at the right moment can unlock everything.
You don't have to explain yourself to get help.
Resistaa is built by MaisonGR, a small independent studio. We build calm, intentional tools — the kind we wish existed before we had to make them.
